Shipping policy

We do not have set shipping charges, such as a certain amount per dollar of order. We believe in charging fair prices for shipping and not making a profit on shipping and handling. We do our best to charge actual shipping charges billed to us on our accounts. Therefore many times we will charge your credit card for the actual merchandise and then charge the shipping separately on another invoice.

What if my merchandise is damaged in shipping?

Contact the shipper and report the damage to them. Unfortunately, we are not responsible once the merchandise leaves our warehouse. It is entirely up to you, the receiver and the shipper to work out a settlement on shipping.

Your credit card will be processed manually by Colleen's Business Service (will show up on your credit card invoice as CBS). You will NOT be automatically charged. This gives us the opportunity to review your order, make sure we have all items you ordered and charge you accordingly. It also gives us the chance to apply certain discounts offered to our repeat customers.
