ON SITE CATERING CHOICES

A.  Sushi Prepared and Delivered
Beautiful and delicious sushi can be prepared at our facility just prior to your event and delivered when desired. Sushi will be prepared, cut and specially readied for transport to maintain quality. With this option you can present and serve the sushi at your event when appropriate.

B.  Sushi Prepared with Chef Service
Delicious sushi will be prepared at our facility just prior to your event and delivered to you by a sushi chef and assistant. Upon arrival our chef will cut, plate and present sushi to your guests from the sushi bar.

Sushi chef on-site presentation: $75.00 per hour, one hour minimum.
Sushi chef fee does not include food costs.

C.  Sushi Chef with Sushi Bar and Sushi Case
For the ultimate in sushi show and presentation, a sushi bar and sushi case filled with delicious seafood can be set up at your location. Chef Geoff, accompanied by personal assistants will prepare your sushi based on the custom menu created especially for you and your guests.

Chef on-site presentation: $125.00 per hour with a two hour minimum.
Sushi chef fee does not include food costs.

A new and exciting item I have created is a
non-traditional shooter. Cut, created and plated to perfection using a variety of herbal energy liquids or oils, then topped with Japanese style sashimi, veggies or fruit and garnishing.

To the left is called
"The Bomb"

It's an artichoke spoon filled with smoked salmon, sea leaf, cream cheese & tomato with a drop of lime juice.  Yummy!
